The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the organization's collaboration posture through a combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership. This senior leadership role involves aligning collaboration product strategies at the executive level, overseeing product ownership, and launch planning. The VP will also be tasked with enhancing and improving process and systems, as well as organizational management. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), a proven track record in product management, and over 10 years' experience in a senior management role within a high-tech operations environment.
Applicants for the VP, Collaboration position at the company should have a strong background in engineering and operational implementation of service portfolios, and a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence executives. The role requires experience in managing complex programs, strategic and tactical execution of operational processes, and a deep understanding of product integration strategy and vendor selection. The VP will also be involved in financial planning, product tools and vendor management, and will work closely with HR to support the creation of product management training and coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to project management, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to lead and grow a geographically dispersed team.
