About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to play a key role in the organization's growth, with a primary focus on M&A and Denovo activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting strategic opportunities to support the company's expansion. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy and requires a professional with a strong background in investment banking or private equity, coupled with significant experience in healthcare-focused M&A, particularly in the behavioral health sector.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in investment banking or private equity, and 6-9 years in healthcare-focused M&A, with a preference for those with a background in behavioral health. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and execute M&A transactions, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment. The Vice President will work closely with the executive team to assess and integrate potential acquisitions, and must therefore possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A proven track record in deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-merger integration is essential for this position.
