Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a minimum of 5 years' in the SaaS or technology industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, especially in government technology and public sector markets, and a strong financial acumen to assess the impact of potential deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with the execution of short-term objectives. Responsibilities also include managing strategic partnerships and ensuring cross-functional integration of new acquisitions, making collaboration with various teams essential.
