The ideal candidate for the Creative Director (Copy) position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and advertising communications, with at least 4 years in a management role. Experience in writing for HCPs and a solid understanding of the drug development and commercialization process are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver excellent results.
