About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Credit Underwriting and Deal Execution to join their team. The successful candidate will be in a leadership role, overseeing a team responsible for underwriting and evaluating investments, managing the company portfolio, and deal closing. Key responsibilities for this position include leading the underwriting process for new investments, developing and presenting investment proposals, conducting in-depth quantitative assessments, and supervising the performance of portfolio companies. The role also involves preparing presentations for the Investment Committee and supervising junior staff to ensure their work meets the company's standards.

Applicants for the Vice President role should have a BA in finance or economics, with a preference for those with over 5 years' experience in private credit underwriting. A background in a debt fund, investment banking, or transaction advisory is essential, and experience with privately held U.S. companies is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 and have a strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and sector-specific analysis. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and supervisory skills, capable of handling the demands of a dynamic and growing private debt fund.
