Candidates for the VP of Data Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with PMP certification and additional certifications in data management or healthcare analytics preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing data-focused projects in a healthcare domain is required, along with a strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data quality.
