The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall device strategy program, including the evaluation and advancement of technology for the delivery of high-volume and high-concentration mAbs. Key responsibilities also include the identification and oversight of strategic partnerships, defining and executing the company's device strategy, and ensuring that device strategies align with clinical and commercial requirements. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to promoting a psychologically safe environment.
The ideal candidate for the VP, Device and Delivery Technologies position at the company will have a Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline and at least 20 years' of experience in device development and manufacturing, particularly in the area of delivery technologies for biologics. Experience in global regulatory requirements and commercialization of combination products is essential.
