Additionally, the VP will manage risk resilience and provide operational oversight, all while acting as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Procurement Officer.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in digital transformation and operations management within the sourcing and procurement domain. The role requires a proven track record in leading complex digital transformation initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership and people management abilities. Experience in project management and operational excellence methodologies is essential, as is a deep understanding of procurement regulations, risk management, and compliance. The VP will be expected to demonstrate critical leadership capabilities in business growth, people management, and shaping the future, and to have experience in leading a world-class digital transformation and operations organization.
