The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the electrical growth strategy across business units in the territory, managing regional sales managers, and growing the electrical product market share annually. This leadership role requires the development of sales objectives, strategies, and promotions to meet growth objectives, as well as the implementation of a market-based business plan to ensure the attainment of company sales goals. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and implementing an agent strategy, monitoring customer feedback, and managing long-term business relationships while focusing on incremental and profitable business growth.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, and possess strong management and leadership skills. A clear understanding of the electrical distribution process and a proven track record in the electrical industry are essential. Within the first year, the successful candidate will be expected to have a significant impact on the market, forge strong internal and external relationships, and be involved in the strategic planning process for the upcoming fiscal year. The role demands a commitment to the company's core values and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve breakthrough results in line with the company's mission and strategic priorities.
