The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence and revenue by delivering cutting-edge, integrated solutions that enhance the wealth advisor and investor experience. This role demands a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, financial technology solutions, and a proven track record in driving sales strategies, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The VP will be at the forefront of the company's market strategy, working closely with sales, account management, product management, and clients to develop, sell, and integrate products and services.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent being a plus. A minimum of 7 years' experience in product sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, particularly in the investor communication and wealth management, broker-dealer arena, is required. The role demands an individual with outstanding sales and consultative business development skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The VP will be expected to have extensive knowledge of the company's suite of products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the broker-dealer industry, its customers, and the revenue and decision drivers within the industry. The position also requires the ability to travel for client meetings, corporate events, and industry functions.
