The successful candidate will lead the Enterprise Sales Team, managing essential support functions for sales and regional development. This includes sales process optimization, skills training, career development, sales meetings, CRM support, and sales forecasting. The role requires a deep knowledge of internal and field sales, marketing, business processes, and experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading teams within the healthcare or benefits space, with a focus on securing new business and channel sales, and will be adept at aligning with internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing and go-to-market strategies.
To excel in this position, candidates should have 3-5 years' experience leading teams in enterprise, health plan, or benefit sales, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. The role demands the ability to maintain relationships with large clients, close sales, and negotiate incentive compensation plans. The candidate should be a strong communicator, capable of presenting and negotiating with a range of stakeholders, and be resilient in driving contracts forward. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be a team player with a focus on delivering results and success in collaboration.
