As a Vice President in ETF Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team dedicated to ETF servicing. Your role will involve supporting the daily activity for all ETF Servicing, which are traded by institutional clients, asset managers, and authorized participants. You will also be responsible for ETF Order Taking, Order fulfillment, Basket Cutting, and Basket Valuations, and managing relationships with Authorized Participants. This role provides a great opportunity to use your functional skills to support internal groups within the broader division with respect to ETF Primary Market Activity.
Job Responsibilities Manage all client and broker queries related to daily ETF order activityParticipate in industry working groups and initiativesStay updated on developments in the broader ETF ecosystemReconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveriesParticipate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF productsProvide front to back oversight of post trade monitoring and resolutionWork directly with Authorized Participants for trade settlement discrepanciesManage collateral and oversight of daily reporting to Authorized Participants and clientsDevelop new ways to enhance our operating model and work directly with tech teams to implement risk-reducing processesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 7+ years of ETF industry experienceStrong managerial skillsStrong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organizationAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterpartiesExcellent customer service skills with attention to detailResults-oriented; ability to create and sustain a target-guided environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etcStrong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend incomeETF cash component expertise
