The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the global strategy for all in-person customer and prospect experiences, working closely with sales leaders to meet pipeline and revenue targets, and leading a team of event and experience marketers. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth, contributing to pipeline and revenue, and enhancing the brand's presence in the markets it serves.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in leading an experience marketing team, with a strong focus on event management and a proven track record of achieving results. They must be committed to excellence, collaborative, and accountable, with the ability to work closely with the executive team and across various marketing functions. The VP, Experience Marketing will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, playing a significant role in the go-to-market strategy and ensuring that the operational details of the event strategy are meticulously executed. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also manage the operational aspects of the program, and who is comfortable with the demands of a fast-paced, revenue-focused marketing environment.
