The successful candidate will be a front-end direct sales professional with a focus on presenting a complete suite of comprehensive fleet electrification solutions. This role requires leveraging a wide breadth of experience to create and deliver clear and executable roadmaps that address cost savings, transition feasibility, and structured financial solutions. The VP or Director will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and negotiating complex customer-centric financial leasing and charging solutions, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in a related industry such as fleet electrification, transportation, or energy, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a background in selling disruptive technologies or introducing new products to the market. Excellent prospecting, time management, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a proven ability to close deals. The role demands a strategic sales approach, the ability to manage multiple deals, and a talent for creative problem-solving. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. The successful candidate will be a key brand ambassador, expected to network heavily at customer meetings, conferences, and other events to elevate the company's image and generate revenue.
