They will also lead the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, working closely with the Senior Leadership team, Board of Directors, and internal DEI committees.

Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, and relevant HR professional certification. The role requires a deep understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and benefits/compensation, as well as experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems. The Vice President will be expected to have executive-level financial acumen, experience with third-party accreditations, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills are essential. The position is based on-site and may involve up to 40% travel within the company's service territory.
