This pivotal role requires a senior leader with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience, and a minimum of 20 years in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clinical and commercial formulations for recombinant proteins, including antibodies, and must have a proven track record in guiding clinical antibody candidates from development through to commercialization. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, supporting GMP drug product manufacturing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, authoring and supporting regulatory submissions, and optimizing business processes to support effective CMC management.
