About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Client Support to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading and shaping the client support strategy on a global scale. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive global client support strategy, providing regular updates to executive leadership, managing resources within budget, and representing the voice of clients across the organization. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing client support team, as well as building strong relationships with key clients and acting as an escalation point for critical issues.
Applicants for the Vice President, Global Client Support position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in client support or customer service, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically within the healthcare technology industry. A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful global client support strategies, as well as experience in managing large client support teams, including global and near shore resources. Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving the client experience are essential for this role.
