The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for driving the success, satisfaction, and retention of the global enterprise customer base. This role requires a deep understanding of customer success best practices, the ability to build and scale a world-class customer success organization, and a focus on ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of the company's products and services. The VP will work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and professional services to align customer success strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Candidates for the VP, Global Customer Success position should have at least 15 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling global customer success teams, particularly in a high-growth environment, and experience in a SaaS, technology, or complex B2B setting. Key skills include strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a data-driven approach to decision-making, as well as excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The role also demands the ability to travel globally and experience working with diverse teams and customers across multiple geographies.
