The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the digital evolution, with a focus on developing and driving the global digital strategy for the business. This role involves improving digital delivery capabilities, teaming with digital consulting leadership to create new growth strategies, and supporting business line growth through direct engagement in digital opportunities. The Global Digital Leader will also be responsible for providing internal and external thought leadership on the value of digital in the market sectors, as well as collaborating with strategic technology partners to define market-leading solutions.
Applicants must be seasoned professionals with a minimum of a BA/BS degree and at least 15 years' of experience in digital solutions, including a minimum of 6 years' in a leadership capacity. The role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies relevant to buildings and places, such as cloud, AI/ML, digital twins, and IoT. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or information management, an MBA or other business degree, and experience in the industries the Buildings and Places business line serves. Important attributes include being a self-starter, highly skilled in communication and relationship building, and able to work effectively in a global, diverse team. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work with ambiguity, create clarity for stakeholders, and is passionate about driving digital innovation.
