About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President Global Head of Safety to join their team. This remote role is pivotal in leading the safety strategy for the entire product pipeline, particularly during NDA/BLA submission. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a strong safety team, overseeing safety operations, and engaging in hands-on safety science work as needed, such as aggregate reports, signal detection, and benefit-risk assessment. Additionally, the role involves responding to health authority queries, acting as a safety subject matter expert for assigned products, and communicating safety updates with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a medical doctorate or foreign equivalent, with a focus on oncology, and must demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, management experience, and a strong motivation to grow in their career.
