The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and enabling a team of experienced enterprise sales executives, with a focus on building an best-in-class sales organization. This role demands a strategic approach to engaging prospects and customers, as well as the ability to optimize the sales process from lead to finalization. The VP, Global Sales will also be expected to participate in industry events, engage with executive-level enterprise accounts, and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals.

Applicants for the VP Global Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of B2B sales leadership experience in relevant industries, such as HCM, fintech, or payments. A proven track record of scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments and managing teams that consistently meet or exceed sales targets is essential. The role requires the ability to understand technical requirements, craft solutions across multiple products, and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive sales efficiencies. Experience in building B2B go-to-market sales strategies and managing remote teams is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a commitment to hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
