What We Need
The Vice President of Global Services reports to the SVP of Shared Development Studios and owns the co-development activities at 2K. This includes evolving the services that our tech and creative studios provide. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic direction, alignment, development, and evolution of the group. The group consists of Audio, Art, Engineering, Mo-Cap, and User Research co-development services, which are used by multiple creative studios.
What You'll Do Partner with our game studios to provide proactive co-development resources that will enhance their development teams.Drive a collaborative co-development culture and promote Best-In-Class methodologies and services to our partners.Lead and champion our department heads in support of career growth, team mentorship, and a clear north star.Participate in project planning, early stage estimation, and breakdown of project needs.Collaborate with studio leadership to collect and implement future opportunities for SDLC improvement.Responsible for establishing what excellent looks like, and help the teams realize what extraordinary is.Lead the effort to research new technologies to continually improve our service and technology offerings.Drive the quarterly business reviews with the department heads to demonstrate the impact the team is having on speeding up development velocity.What Makes A Great Fit 10+ years previous work experience as a co-development professional. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $230,000 and $310,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
