Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Services and Solutions include developing and implementing a multi-year global strategy, structuring the organization to meet the needs of an expanding customer base, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or equivalent, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience in global services. They should be adept at leading transformative initiatives, have a deep understanding of market trends, and be capable of influencing at all levels. The role demands a leader who can operate in a complex, matrixed global organization, and who is proficient in interpreting and communicating financial data and concepts.
