Candidates for this VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's or relevant certification preferred) and 10-15 years' of relevant business operations and HR experience, including leading global HR functions in a high-growth tech industry. The role requires an inspirational, data-driven leader with a strategic orientation, critical thinking skills, and a proven track record in driving process improvements and leading change. Experience in global expansion strategy, organizational design, and establishing employee relations best practices is essential.
