The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and driving the strategy to grow the US Defined Benefit market share. This role is pivotal in ensuring a superior product offering and client support model, and the Head of US DB Investment Strategy will work collaboratively across the organization to achieve this. Key responsibilities include serving as the internal and external DB expert, engaging with defined benefit clients to understand their needs, and partnering with the investment teams to develop and position innovative investment offerings in the DB market. The role requires a published author with a track record of engaging at a senior level on portfolio construction topics, a critical understanding of macroeconomics, financial theory, and empirical research, and excellent communication skills.
