About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Healthcare Actuary to lead a team and drive change in the marketplace. The successful candidate will have a strong background in group benefit consulting, with a minimum of 6 years' experience, and hold an ASA or FSA designation. This role involves overseeing the healthcare needs of large clients, with a focus on all aspects of the healthcare marketplace, including plan design, pricing, IBNP reserves, benchmarking, financial management, experience projections, and administration. Advanced knowledge of VBA and Excel is a must, and the VP will be responsible for managing a team of 20 people.
