The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR financial planning and analysis, leading a high-performing, team-oriented, and inclusive culture. This senior role involves supporting multiple stakeholders across HR, finance, and business management, and requires a leader with a strong focus on outcomes, teamwork, and process simplification. The role includes serving as a liaison for impactful reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as leading the multi-year budget and monthly close/re-forecasting processes. The candidate will also be involved in process improvement, creating and enhancing financial models, and conducting in-depth analyses to support decision-making.
Applicants must be self-starters, with a BA/BS in finance, economics, or accounting, and at least 7 years' of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry. The role demands a professional with sound judgment, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, team-oriented, and have the ability to build strong partnerships while being flexible and strategic in their approach.
