This senior executive will be at the forefront of the innovation process, leading the identification, prioritization, and planning of new ventures. The role involves not only the initial design and development of innovative products and services but also the crucial stage of piloting and scaling. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the innovation strategy with the overall goals of the company, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and emerging technologies.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of domain experience, with a strong background in product management and innovation, and at least 5 years of management and strategy experience. A Master's degree is preferred. The role requires a leader with a deep technical understanding of software and ML product development, a strategic and innovative mindset, and the ability to influence and manage cross-organizationally. Key qualifications include expertise in business strategy, a customer and product mindset, strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and deliver success metrics. The Vice President of Innovation will also be responsible for establishing an innovation culture, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities for growth and advancement.
