The successful candidate will be tasked with selling the company's investment strategies to a range of institutional investors, including pensions, corporates, endowments, and insurance companies. This role requires a professional with a strong track record in the institutional market, particularly in the Midwest, and a deep understanding of quantitative investing. The responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, implementing a strategic sales management process, and contributing to the team's global sales goals. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of direct sales experience, a Series 7 & 63 registrations, and a Bachelor's degree. A consultative sales style, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Applicants for the Vice President, Institutional Sales position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree and/or CFA. The role demands a professional with a strong technical understanding of quantitative investing, the ability to communicate complex investment concepts effectively, and a proven track record of raising assets in the institutional market.
