Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 10 years' of business operations leadership experience, and a minimum of 5 years' in the digital and crypto industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale project execution, change management, and transformation, as well as a deep understanding of the digital asset management industry and relevant market information. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and manage expectations with company leadership and cross-functional teams.
