Bracebridge is seeking a self-motivated and confident individual with experience building relationships and communicating complex investment strategies to join the firm's Investor Relations team. The incumbent will report to the Co-Head of Investor Relations & Business Development and work closely with the broader IR team to enhance relationships with existing investors and execute on the firm's capital raising strategy across investor channels.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Bracebridge investment philosophy as well as a thorough understanding of its value proposition. Clearly articulate complex concepts including the firm's trading strategy, processes, and other firm and investment-related topics.Active involvement in presentations to existing clients and prospective investors, which includes proactive problem-solving and coordination of all necessary follow-ups.Work closely with the IR team and others internally to continually enhance the firm's presentation materials, investor communications, and marketing documents.Execute the firm's global marketing strategy across institutional and high net worth investors, including identifying, researching, evaluating, and developing new client leads.Partner with Investment, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Operations, and other internal departments to respond to investor requests.Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and juggling a multitude of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining an open dialogue with colleagues.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including a background in fixed income such as sales, trading or debt capital markets.Strong analytical skills to deeply understand and credibly articulate complex investment strategies.Excellent presentation skills to be highly impactful in both verbal and written communications.Intellectual curiosity and an unwavering sense of ownership and personal accountability.Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to produce superior work while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to work autonomously and take initiative independently, while also serving as a strong team player who can work collaboratively within a cohesive team.Proven ability to adapt to and utilize emerging technologies, e.g., project management tools, business intelligence resources, CRM systems.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Series 3 license preferred or will be required to obtain license upon hire.
