The successful candidate will be a key member of the IT leadership team, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major digital transformation programs. This includes collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope and goals, mentoring and managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives. The role also involves conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and overseeing enterprise architecture and ERP PMO functions to ensure the successful technical delivery of systems.
Applicants for the VP - IT Transformation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT transformation, and a proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
