The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all post-sales customer activities, including onboarding, retaining, and expanding relationships with customers. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, the ability to drive growth initiatives within key accounts, and a strong focus on customer needs. The VP will be instrumental in guiding customers through their electrification journey, ensuring high-touch engagement, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence the development of new products and services.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in account management, sales, or customer success, with a background in mobility, fleet management, charging management, electric vehicles, or energy. The role demands a leader who is a proven builder, a strong collaborator and is passionate about the mission to combat climate change. The VP will be expected to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, establish key metrics for tracking customer success, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience for each customer. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have a track record of demonstrating the company's core values and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
