Business Classifications B2B About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Market Leader to join their dynamic and diversified firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating brand awareness, increasing sales, and growing the business by leveraging client relationships within a designated territory. This role requires the positioning of investment capabilities to support the broker/dealer community, with a focus on applying expert knowledge of the financial services industry and the company's products, solutions, and competitors. The VP, Market Leader will be expected to advise clients on how the company's investment capabilities can meet their needs, anticipate and address investment requirements, and demonstrate the value of the company's products in a competitive market.
Ongoing responsibilities for the VP, Market Leader include driving the company's assets under management, shaping sales approaches to market conditions, and evolving territory business plans. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of related sales experience, with a strong background in investment strategies, including SMAs, ETFs, and alternatives. A Series 7 and 63 are required, with a CIMA and/or CFA being desired. The role also involves leadership, territory management, and a deep understanding of client relationships to maximize the company's market share. The candidate should be recognized as an industry expert, capable of leading and directing sales efforts and maintaining a strong partnership with internal resources.
