The ideal candidate will be a talented, data-driven, and relationship-focused individual with a strong background in marketing, product, or innovation. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing audience vision and requires a strategy leader who can understand and navigate the current state of marketing, product, and data ecosystems to support audience modernization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing interim and target state audience strategies, partnering with various teams across the organization, and creating initiatives that align with the firm's future state marketing vision.
Applicants must have at least 6 years of marketing or equivalent experience, with a proven track record in driving marketing and digital transformation within a large organization. The role demands an individual with the ability to develop strong partnerships, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives under pressure. A curious and analytical thinker, the candidate should be adept at using data to develop and drive strategies, and have experience in a data-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include consulting or financial services industry experience, and the ability to advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring consistent and seamless user experiences across all marketing assets and channels.
