The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand identity, driving customer engagement, and increasing market share. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in brand marketing, creative direction, and team leadership. The VP will lead the development of brand and product integration strategies, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives, and will be the driving force behind the effective delivery of the brand across all customer touchpoints. Essential duties include the creation of a cohesive brand strategy, overseeing the maintenance of brand guidelines, and driving the development of product positioning that sets the company apart in the marketplace.
Applicants must possess proven strategic and critical thinking skills, deep experience in marketing strategy development, and a track record of success in team leadership. The role requires a leader who can inspire, generate, and execute innovative ideas, as well as a strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and optimize for the future. Project management, collaboration, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in brand and marketing strategy, with at least 5 years dedicated to team leadership, and a Bachelor's degree is required. Experience in the apparel, footwear, lifestyle, or retail industry is preferred. The VP will be expected to demonstrate competencies in strategic leadership, leading and motivating teams, and managing for results.
