About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing - Brand Strategy and Creative to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that elevates the brand's identity, enhances customer engagement, and ultimately, increases market share. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in brand marketing, creative direction, and team management. The VP will be responsible for ensuring that the brand's messaging is effectively integrated across all channels in a customer-centric manner, as well as for building and leading a high-performing team that delivers best-in-class content and creative experiences. Strategic thinking, the ability to inspire innovation, and a proven track record in marketing strategy and team leadership are essential for this position.

Applicants for the VP, Marketing - Brand Strategy and Creative role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 15 years of progressive experience in brand and marketing strategy, with a minimum of 5 years in team leadership. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of brand management, and product marketing, and a proven ability to drive results through multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in the apparel, footwear, lifestyle, or retail industry, and experience in seasonal marketing planning and merchandise messaging.
