The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing department, including pursuit resources, marketing communications, creative services, and data management. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic marketing, branding, and the pursuit process. The Vice President will be tasked with staying at the forefront of marketing trends, managing department budgets, and driving continuous improvement to meet the company's growth and brand positioning goals. Internal and external communications, public relations, and the management of the company's digital presence also fall within the VP's remit.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a BA/BS in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and have at least 15 years' experience in marketing and/or marketing communications, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire and lead high-performance teams, and a strong understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of fostering a unified company culture. Experience in environmental consulting or a related industry is a plus, as is a background in leading fully distributed or remote teams. The Vice President will also be expected to embody the company's core values and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand standards and leading marketing approaches for mergers and acquisitions.
