About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Medicaid Data Solutions to play a pivotal role in the establishment and expansion of its centralized Data and Analytics (D+A) practice. This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing data strategies that drive innovation and growth. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of building and leading a core team of data analysts and engineers, with a strong focus on supporting account and product development teams in the creation and deployment of data assets and data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing data talent, capability building in data management and strategy, and working closely with the CDO and D+A engineering team to ensure best practices in Medicaid data management are followed.
Applicants for the VP, Medicaid Data Solutions role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in healthcare data management and analytics. The role requires a proven track record in leading data management operations, developing innovative data solutions, and formulating data strategies. Expertise in healthcare data, particularly in the areas of physical health, BH, and Rx claims, encounter data, clinical data, SDoH and demographic data, and diagnostic data, is essential. Experience with Medicaid data and MES systems, as well as a background in consulting or professional services related to healthcare data and analytics, is also a key requirement.
