The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Accounting & Finance position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in asset/liability management, liquidity management, budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis, preferably in complex organizations. Proficiency in ProfitStar is a plus. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to work at a fast pace are essential.
