About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset management plans to maximize the value and returns of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties. This role involves leading asset acquisition and disposition strategies, overseeing the financial performance of assets, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Vice President will also ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, as well as lead a team of asset management professionals, providing mentorship and training.

Applicants for the Vice President of Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management. The role requires the ability to work at least 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving the performance of commercial real estate assets, be adept at financial analysis, and have strong leadership and communication skills.
