About the Role The Company is in need of a Vice President of Business Development with a focus on contract food services, particularly in the K-12 school sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and leading successful sales strategies, working with a team to meet sales goals, and utilizing a CRM to track and maintain a 3-year prospecting pipeline. This role also involves overseeing the financial viability of the business, developing client proposals, and attending and fostering strong relationships in client prospect meetings.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in consultative sales, with at least 3 years' specifically in contract food services for K-12 schools, and must demonstrate a passion for people-first customer service.
