The successful candidate will be the end-to-end owner of the external and internal data strategy, with a focus on full customer lifecycle management, including prospecting, KYC and onboarding, account opening, and ongoing fraud and risk management. This role is pivotal in leveraging the company's data assets to create tailored experiences for millions of users and to help financial institutions acquire and retain customers. The VP will also be responsible for the internal data strategy, including data standards, business intelligence, data governance, and AI solutions.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership, and a proven track record in building and launching CLM and/or data solutions for consumer, small business, and commercial segments. Experience in agile operating models, design thinking, and a background in the SaaS industry is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related disciplines is preferred, and a background in the B2B financial services market is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, self-motivated, and have a passion for solving complex problems in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
