Applicants for the Vice President of Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate communications or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. While not mandatory, experience in the ski, hospitality, tourism, or outdoor recreation industries is preferred. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong media relations, and a proven track record in crisis management. A Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field is also a necessary qualification. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams within a matrix organization, and will be adept at managing both internal and external communication channels to support the organization's business and customer engagement goals.
