This critical role is focused on driving qualified leads through innovative campaigns and events to expand the company's presence in the logistics and supply chain industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing demand generation team, collaborating with sales, content, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, and managing a dedicated budget. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, demand generation and channel management, event management, market analysis, and vendor management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy, and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Experience in enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing is a major plus. The role requires excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. The candidate should be a positive self-starter, comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, and have the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment. Organizational and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects with flawless execution. Some travel may be required.
