The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with a proven track record in running a successful DTC ecommerce business, possess excellent skills in strategy and planning, and have a key strength in data-driven analytics.
Applicants for the VP of Ecommerce position at the company should be able to exert personal influence, build relationships, and collaborate effectively. A background in consumer-packaged goods, toys, entertainment, or mass-market retail, with at least 14 years of related ecommerce experience, is preferred. The role requires a leader who can inspire high-performing teams, is comfortable in an ambiguous, start-up environment, and has a strong focus on digital innovation. While not mandatory, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, and experience in the toy industry, are considered bonus credentials.
