About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Enterprise Accounts with a strong background in strategic sales. The role is focused on hunting, breaking, and building enterprise accounts, particularly within the financial, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a portfolio of technology, talent, and learning solutions, and will be expected to develop and execute strategic account strategies, influence account growth, and integrate services for national and international clients. This is a high-level position that requires a minimum of 7-10 years of professional services sales experience and a proven track record in account management and business development.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Enterprise Accounts include working closely with executive leadership to lead regional strategies, cultivating and expanding existing strategic accounts, and evaluating new business opportunities. The role demands a candidate with strong account penetration, business presentation, and effective sales and marketing skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and communicate complex business issues. The ideal candidate will have a high level of enthusiasm for business growth and the capacity to overcome obstacles. The position is performance-based and requires a candidate who is driven, experienced, and capable of delivering annual revenues in the range of 7-10MM.
