Candidates for the VP of Global Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of successful sales experience, preferably in the food service equipment industry. A minimum of 5 years' of executive-level sales management and leadership experience is required. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a natural collaborator, and possess strong leadership, team-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Business and financial acumen, a proven track record in mentoring and coaching, and the ability to drive positive change are also key requirements. Personal attributes should include humility, integrity, and the ability to lead with authenticity and inspire others. The role involves significant travel, and the candidate should be agile, decisive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
