Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary.Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
