About the Role The Company is seeking a VP Marketing or CMO with a strong focus on tactical execution and delivery. The role is not purely strategic; it requires a hands-on approach to direct, coach, and support the marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales and marketing strategy, including D2C, 2nd/3rd Party, B2B, affiliates, partnerships, online/offline, and PR. Experience in consumer goods, supplements, alternative medicine, retail, organics, or wellness with a proven track record in D2C is essential. The role demands a growth marketing strategy, technical proficiency in digital marketplaces, eCommerce, SEM, performance media acquisition, and email/CRM retention, as well as a passion for consumer health and sustainable practices. The VP Marketing/CMO will manage a small internal team and external resources, and must be adept at data analytics, decision-making, and have excellent communication skills.
